Office to close permanently on April first, 2018

I will be retiring from patient care as of April first , 2018. We will be available to transfer records and answer phones until April twelfth.

After that time the phones will be forwarded to Barenburg Eye Associates in Ellicott CIty. They can assist you with obtaining copies of your records or you can request a copy by sending a signed release to the post office box address.

It has been an honor and privilege to care for so many friends, families and neighbors for the past 30 years and I will miss everyone. My wish is for all my patients to be happy, healthy and have good vision for life.

Contact the office for a records release form and assistance transferring your care to a new ophthalmologist.

I strongly advise all former patients to do so as soon as possible , as I will not be available for emergencies after March 29, 2018. After that date, if you do not have a new EyeMD, you can get care 24/7 at WIlmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.

Locally Dr. Eugene Salvo, my colleague of 20 years, is in practice at Barenburg Eye Associates in Ellicott City, where the phone calls will be forwarded after April 12 th, 2018.
